We do our best to ship orders out quickly, but during busy times please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order heads your way. Carriers may also experience occasional delays (they get a little backed up too).

Once your order ships, check your confirmation email for a tracking link — it’s the best way to follow your package’s journey straight to your door.

If you ordered directly from dropitwine.com and aren’t totally happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right. You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
